Our History _ _
A new Christian work began in Tallahassee, March 16, 1987 when a group of members (formally) of the St. Augustine Church of Christ met at the home of Brother and Sister John Leonard on Williams Road for Sunday school and worship service. The home of Brother and Sister Manley Woodson located on Rackley Drive is where the congregation met for Wednesday night bible service.

After this worship service the congregation conducted a business meeting lead by Brother Manley Woodson to discuss the purchase of land and place of worship. The original plan was to purchase a building in Crawfordville that required a down payment of $10,000.
Upon settling on our present location at 4201 Springhill Road, we have been able to establish a legacy of steadfastness, caring, and perpetual spirituality. God has been with us every step of the way!
